Alexander Villa, known in the real estate and the adult housing communities as “Mr. Keep Mom Safe”, has devoted his career to improving the quality of life for mature and physically challenged homeowners. During his 18 career, Alexander Villa gradually developed a home-selling method that better serves mature and physically challenged homeowners. His method provides a transition to a house or community that better fits their needs. The benefit to his clients throughout Southern California is an improved quality of life.

Alexander Villa served several years on the Board of Directors of Salem

Christian Homes, the largest independent developmentally disabled adult

housing organization in California. He is one the first agents in the USA to earn the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, and one of the first agents in California to earn the Trust & Probate Certification®.

Lena's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in

Telecommunications Management and is a licensed real estate salesperson (since April 2008). In terms of professional experience, Lena’s real estate career began on the commercial side in 2006. Lena has been working on the residential side since 2013. Lena has facilitated over 160 residential escrows. All the while-maintained excellent communication with various parties (sellers, investors, and buyers), and ensured the smooth flow of the transaction and documentation, and negotiation processes. Currently, Lena is a full-time real estate professional, as well as a Partner and the Senior Operations Manager for the Keep Mom Safe Team.
